|Nambench application to set the right DNS|
No matter you have a blazing bandwidth from your ISP, if you have bad DNS servers your browsing would be sluggish and some times even unable to open web pages.
DNS (Domain Name System ) is a server which converts the URL which you enter on your browser to an ip-address of the Target server.
eg : You enter www.google.com, it gets converted to 22.214.171.124
Now how to get the right DNS for you ? The answer is Namebench.

To use Namebench and set the right DNS,
1. Download Namebench for your OS from here (http://code.google.com/p/namebench/).
2. Click start, wait till the Namebench tests various DNS servers apt for you.
3. Enter the suggest DNS servers in your Modem/Router/Local machine (Which ever is your DNS gateway).
